Refund and Return Policy

At ZipNom Technologies Private Limited ("ZipNom", "we", "our", or "us"), we take pride in delivering high-quality digital services and customized technology solutions to our clients. Due to the nature of our business—where services are tailored specifically to individual client needs—all sales are final, and we maintain a strict no refund and no return policy.

1. Digital Service Policy

ZipNom provides custom-built software, applications, websites, and technology consulting, which are delivered upon approval and sign-off at each stage of development.

Once a service or deliverable has been initiated, developed, or delivered (partially or fully), no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

  • Web or mobile application development services
  • Custom software development
  • AI/ML integration or solutions
  • Cloud hosting, infrastructure setup, or system deployment
  • Consulting, technical support, or digital strategy sessions
  • Any digital products or documentation provided as part of a service agreement

3. Cancellation Policy

  • If a project is cancelled by the Client before any development work has started, a partial refund may be issued, subject to deduction of any administrative or consultation costs already incurred.
  • If work has commenced or resources have been allocated, the Client is responsible for full payment of the agreed project fee.

4. Quality Assurance

We follow a transparent, collaborative process including requirement analysis, project milestones, quality checks, and client approvals. If you encounter any issues or are dissatisfied with a deliverable, we encourage you to raise your concern at:

Our team will review the issue and provide reasonable revisions within the scope of the original agreement.

5. Exceptions

A refund may be considered only under the following exceptional conditions:

  • The service was not delivered at all, despite full payment and written commitment.
  • A double payment was made accidentally.
  • The service purchased was not technically feasible to execute (after mutual agreement).

Any refund requests under these exceptions must be made in writing within 7 days of the payment date and will be processed after investigation.

6. Modification of This Policy

ZipNom reserves the right to modify this Refund and Return Policy at any time, without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website and will supersede all previous versions.
